What is a "turn"?
A turn is a single emotion computation request — one user message processed through the emotion engine. Each API call to compute, update, or evaluate a character's emotional state counts as one turn.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% usage. After reaching your limit, API calls return a 429 status. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit instantly.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is available forever with no credit card required. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test the full feature set before committing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Contact us or switch to annual billing in your dashboard under Billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
